Welcome to Kasa Language Learning ("Kasa," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our language learning application, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the app (collectively, the "Service").

• Disclaimer: The AI chat feature is designed to assist with language learning but may occasionally produce incorrect or inappropriate responses.
• User Discretion: Use the AI chat feature at your own discretion and do not rely solely on it for critical decisions.

8. Termination

• By Kasa: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• No Warranty: Kasa disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
